Arlene Bernardo is the brilliant founder of AM Bernardo, a thriving brand built on her entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and passion for delivering quality products. Starting with humble roots, AM Bernardo has flourished under her leadership, becoming a standout name recognized for innovation and customer-focused offerings.

Arlene Bernardo is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in purchasing, construction, and project management. Known as “the Magician” in her industry, she earned this title for her exceptional ability to transform seemingly impossible projects into outstanding successes. At just 21, she became Purchasing Officer for Astoria Plaza’s Boracay branch, where she took on critical roles in sourcing materials and coordinating logistics during a major renovation, marking her first foray into the construction world.

In 2021, Arlene founded AM Bernardo, channeling her extensive experience into delivering innovative solutions. Her first project, an advanced HEPA-filterexhaust system at Quirino Grandstand, showcased her ability to set new industry standards, solidifying her reputation as a trailblazer in kitchen design, consultancy, and construction.

Gianpaolo Montano

Sales & Marketing

Gianpaolo Perlado Montano began his career in the services and food industry, working with notable brands like TGI Friday's and Pan Pacific Hotel, before transitioning to the insurance industry in 2003. At Intellicare, a leader in HMO services, Gianpaolo excelled in roles spanning Accounts Management, Training, and Sales. His dedication led to significant success, and Intellicare became both a professional haven and a personal blessing. It was here he met his wife, Maggie, and built a family rooted in the Intellicare community. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Gianpaolo continues to grow, drawing on strong relationships and shared visions to explore new opportunities and expand his horizons.

Aileen Santos

HR & Finance

Aileen B. Santos is an accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience in the healthcare and customer service industry, specializing in corporate account management, client relations, and team leadership. Currently a Senior Account Officer at Intellicare, she excels in managing corporate accounts, leading renewals, and delivering tailored healthcare solutions. Known for her exceptional ability to manage and inspire teams, Aileen has consistently led her teams to success by fostering collaboration, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving performance excellence. Her career is marked by significant achievements, including transitioning from customer service roles to leadership positions, where she coached high-performing teams and enhanced client satisfaction. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arellano University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at World Citi Colleges, further strengthening her expertise in strategic management and leadership. Her proven track record, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted leader in her field.
